EP.274/ REPLAY: Sarah's Story - From Full Body Pain and Fatigue to a Full Life with Energy

Today’s episode is a replay for two reasons. Firstly, we’ve been on the road for four days heading to Italy so I’ve not been able to record a new episode this week, and secondly, I’m having a Black Friday Course Bundle Sale, and so if you’re wondering whether these courses could help you, I thought I’d share a success story from one of my course students.

Before we head to the episode, I wanted to share some details about my Black Friday Course Bundle Sale.

You get a year’s access to all three of my courses, plus two extra bonus masterclasses on surgery and pain relief, for just £99.

As many of you know, this year I broke my ribs and punctured a lung, just when I was about to release a live course. And then, when I was gearing up to release another one in the autumn, I got covid, so I haven’t been able to deliver the live courses I promised this year and I know some of you are waiting for them, so I wanted to give you a chance to get them at a discounted rate before the year ends.

So, in this bundle you’ll get:

• Live and Thrive with Endo – usual price: £400

• The Endo Belly Protocol – usual price: £350

• Live and Thrive with Endo: The Foundations – usual price: £200

•Creating Your Natural Pain Relief Tool Kit for Endo – usual price: £50.00

•Holistic Pre and Post-Surgery Recovery Protocol – usual price: £50.00

So, that’s £1050 worth of content, for an entire year, for £99.

I remember how Sarah was when she came to the course. She was very, very fatigued and really desperate for help. She had a lot going on with her symptoms and was really struggling to cope. Some of the severe symptoms she was suffering with were:

  • Chronic fatigue

  • PMDD

  • Chronic full body pain

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Excruciating period pain

  • Heavy menstrual bleeding

Within a matter of days, Sarah started to experience alleviation in these symptoms. Really! She is now in a place where she can live a full life, enjoying her time with loved ones and also taking care of the responsibilities she has in her life. Every single symptom has improved, and her body pain, PMDD and chronic fatigue have all reduced drastically - the change is just incredible!

Now just a word of warning, this audio is taken from a home video recording Sarah so kindly made and there are some issues with the sound quality. We tried to clean it up the best we could, but there wasn’t a huge amount that we could do to improve it, but I think it’s not too difficult to listen to!

Anyway, it’s worth persevering because Sarah’s story is just so wonderful and I am really, really grateful she shared her story with us. I hope you find this episode helpful and inspiring.

Can you help me save Jelly the kitten? We are currently travelling, working remotely, and within 24 hours of arriving in Montenegro, we met Jelly. He was extremely thin, with a distended stomach and a little lollypop head and bulging eyes. We took him to the vets where he was put on an IV drip for dehydration, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories for a bacterial infection that has spread into his bloodstream from his intestines. His intestines are damaged due to excessive worms, which has caused him to become malnourished.

The vets have given us a very stark picture of the reality. If Jelly goes back on the streets, his condition will deteriorate and he will suffer until he eventually passes away. We have been told to find him a home where he can continue getting care or put him to sleep.

We have found him a foster home and a forever home in the UK, but the total cost is over £1200. We have already spent hundreds on vet visits getting him to this point, and need your help, if you can.

If you are able to and want to support, you can donate and read Jelly’s full story on our Go Fund Me page. I truly cannot express how much your support means to me, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
