The Endometriosis Coalition is a newly launched charitable foundation set up by Jenneh Bockari and Natalie Archer, aiming to raise money for research, awareness and education. I won't talk too much about the founders and the charity yet, as these wonderful women will be appearing on my first Podcast series in a few weeks...
But, I will tell you about one of their first projects - the beautiful Endo Coalition Bracelet. The bracelet, which comes in rose gold, gold and silver, was produced with Motif and can be bought online, with 30 % of the proceeds from the collection being donated to the Endo Co and their fundraising goals. Below is a little more on the charity and their partnership with Motif.
Natalie and Jenneh met as two women both fighting the disease, sharing their stories, and providing education and support to others battling endometriosis. What started out as a friendship based around support and mutual frustration with the barriers in navigating the disease, soon turned into an alliance of two women who felt it was time for a significant change in the dialogue surrounding Endometriosis. This is how The Endo Co came to be, and this is what inspired The Endo Co collection with Motif.
Please share this with friends, family and colleagues and encourage them to buy (of course, treat yourself to one too)! I love it when endosisters take their challenges with endometriosis and turn it into something as powerful as what Jenneh and Natalie are doing here, so I feel it's important to support this cause not just for the greater good, but to show the girls that we have their backs!
