In 2016, I released a post written by Chris, my partner of almost 4 years, and friend of 9 years. The response was overwhelming - you guys loved it, and so did your partners.
Chris gave an honest perspective on life with someone who's endo was very much the third person in the relationship, yet also spoke about how he supported me and how we worked together.
I feel sad that within the first year of dating, my endometriosis came back from no where, and it's continued to be something that I talk about daily - whether it's because it's affecting me or whether I'm discussing something EndoLife related. Either way, I do sometimes wish it was just us.
Yet it's not just us, and we're happy anyway.
So we got talking and realised that there are couples all over who are looking for advice on how to try and work through the challenges of endometriosis together, and support the one with the condition as much as possible.
So I am very, very, very proud to announce, that Chris is now a columnist for Endometriosis News. The column is a 'special edition' and will most likely not run long term - so keep your eye on it and catch it whilst you can! You can read his first article, here.
