Manage, reduce and heal your endometriosis symptoms so that you can live the life your desire and be the person you know you can be.

“I’m on day 4 of my period and I wanted to let you know I’ve had some pain free time, which has never happened before!”

— Matilda, endo warrior

"I finally have my brain back, it's not just this foggy place where I know information should be stored! I can find the words I'm looking for most of the time and I can remember things. I feel like I have my brain back now."

— Miriam, endo warrior

“I just wanted to let you know that I’m on day 2 and have no pain! I haven’t even taken any pain killers, I can’t remember the last time this was the case.”

— Yas, endo warrior

“Jessica helped me in a way that doctors had not in years, and after I was diagnosed with SIBO and started treating it I discovered I was pregnant. There is no doubt that Jessica saved my health, my mental well being and pregnancy this year for had I not figured out how to start treating the bloating I know that being pregnant on top of that would have just destroyed me.”

— Sara, endo warrior

We explore inflammation, nutrient uptake, cortisol production and your sleep-wake cycle to get your bounce back.

  • Pain management and reduction

We calm pain signals, lower inflammation, address structural issues and utilise supplements.

  • Inflammation

We explore all the ways in which inflammation may be heightened and create a plan to lower it and keep it low.

  • Detoxification pathways

We lighten the toxic burden, support the liver, enhance lymphatic drainage and heal the gut.

Coaching supports and empowers you to create the life you know you are meant to lead through transforming your health and your experience of endometriosis.

  • I am a certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach specialised in endometriosis and SIBO.

I have studied women’s health coaching, chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with Dr Jessica Drummond at The Integrative Women’s Health Institute and learning hormone expert Nicole Jardim.

I have trained in gut health and SIBO with leading SIBO doctors and specialists Dr. Allison Siebecker and Dr. Nirala Jacobi, and regularly attend lectures, working groups and conferences to with experts in the field.

I have I have dedicated the nine years of my life to managing and healing my own endometriosis and SIBO symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

For the past eight years, I have been researching and writing about endometriosis for my award-winning blog This EndoLife, and for my columns in Endometriosis News and Endometriosis Net.

I have interviewed world leading endometriosis, SIBO and chronic illness specialists for my podcast, This EndoLife, which charted as one of the UK’s top 25 alternative health podcasts.

I worked for Endometriosis UK both in their communications team and running their advocacy programme.

I have led endometriosis support groups and am an active volunteer in the endo community.

I have worked with hundreds of endo warriors to transform their lives, reduce their symptoms and improve their experience of endo, endo belly and SIBO.

I have spent three years running mentoring programmes for vulnerable people.

I have set up mentoring and coaching programmes in both Nepal and South Africa for women, girls and vulnerable communities. • We will have a free initial consultation session, which lasts 45 minutes, to discuss what you'd like support with and what coaching can offer. From there we can decide if this is the right form of support for you.

Following that, we will book in and begin your 12 session programme. Each session is one hour long, takes place and is tailored to a time that suits us both.

  • Until we have our consultation, we can’t for certain say whether my coaching is right for you, but the below and the submissions form should help you to feel clearer:

You are over 18 years of age.

You are open to alternative forms of therapy and endometriosis management.

You are ready to proactively make positive life changes and feel optimistic about doing so.

You are in a time in your life where you have the budget to spend on your health (testing, treatments, supplements) and you have the emotional capacity and time to dedicate to sessions and outside of session actions.

This coaching probably isn’t the right choice for you if:

You are looking for a fertility coaching programme. Whilst everything we do will support your fertility and I’ve had several clients fall pregnant whilst working with me, this isn’t an area I specialise in. If your sole focus is to conceive, I recommend looking into some other options.

You feel resentful, angry or depressed that you might need to make changes to manage endo. Whilst it’s normal and natural to feel this way at some point (and I think we’ve all been there, I know I have!), it’s not always the best place to start coaching from, as it can affect the actions you take and as a result, your progress. I want this experience to be the best it can be for you, but if you’re already feeling resistance towards these changes, the experience may be stressful for you.

You don’t have a diagnosis (or suspected diagnosis) of endometriosis. If you have SIBO and are looking for help with that, whilst I do work with SIBO, I only work with it in the context of endometriosis.

I felt you were always in my corner…wait...I feel you ARE in my corner and always cheering me on. Being able to work with you was a dream and I appreciate every moment of it! Anyone who has the opportunity to work with you will be blessed in so many ways! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
